The 51st Ordinary General Assembly of the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland elects two new Board Members:

• Gabriel Castello,
  CEO, HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA, Regional Head EMEA Global Private Banking, Country Head Switzerland

• Laurent Gagnebin
  Chief Executive Officer, Rothschild & Co Bank AG

This year's Annual Get Together offered room for discussion on anti-money laundering in the context of digitalisation. The creation of the Swiss Public Private Partnership between government and financial industry to exchange information on money laundering patterns was at the focus of the panel discussion. There is much interest to strengthen exchange of information in view of making combat of money laundering more effective. The ensuing networking cocktail on the rooftop of Bär & Karrer offices in Zürich, this year's sponsor of the event, offered room for insightful exchange among the more than 100 participants.
