HR: Training and Education

The Swiss Bankers’ Association’s Commission on Training & Education is in the process of re-assessing the current situation and outlook in the field of training and education in Switzerland. It focuses, among others on the ongoing project education reform in banks (“Kaufleute 2020”), SAQ relationship manager certification, lifelong learning programme, and on new opportunities and challenges due to the digitalisation of HR.

The AFBS wants to actively participate in relevant discussions that affect our member institutions. However, a sound understanding of the interest and needs of our member institutes is therefore key. With regards to the importance and high demand for well-educated staff and specialist for the Swiss banking and financial centre, we would like to invite you to join this survey on topics related to HR, Training and Education and how foreign banks in Switzerland are affected.

To complete this survey shoud take less than 5 minutes. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Florian Specht (specht@afbs.ch) from the AFBS Secretariat.
